Eric was born and raised in Southern Maryland, and has seen to monumental changes in the region over the last 40 years. He is a graduate of Thomas Stone High School, and The University of Maryland, with a degree in Business Administration. Having been a licensed REALTOR since 1998, he has accrued a variety of awards and designation. He has earned an Associate Broker license status. His professional designations include Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate of Realtor Institute, E-Pro Technology Certificate, and Accredited Buyer Specialist, just to name a few.
